Personal Trainer/store associate wanted
Job Description:
We are continuing to grow and need to add an additional member to the Nutri-Sport team! This member will be training both classes and one-on-one clients in the morning and evenings. During the down times, they will be working the front/retail side of the facility, consulting with clientele regarding sports nutrition supplements and workout programs. This position could be either part or full time depending on the individuals schedule and desire to pick up additional clients/hours.
Qualifications:
Must be a certified personal trainer and a background in sports nutrition supplementation preferred. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be a self motivated, driven individual. Available times in the early morning, evening and Saturdays. Wages are based on client sessions and/or paid hourly when not training.

DJ gained a total of 1.25 inches on his chest and arms, and lost 3lbs of bodyfat

9-week Bodysculpting Challenge starts Monday!!
The workouts are 6 days per week, focusing on weight training -free weights, (yes lifting weights not pulling bands) cables and machines for muscle/strength gains and cardio/abs (plyometrics/”boot-camp” style drills/equipment) focusing on increasing the metabolism and burning calories. This workout program is designed in such a way to help people keep/build muscle and lose the bodyfat!! It’s not just a short-term 9-week “transformation” but a way to get you in a healthy lifestyle for good! Proper nutrition and lifestyle habits will be a focus and reinforced as well throughout the course (we want this to be a lifestyle change). It’s not easy, but it works and is fun! Class size is limited to 8 and starts on Monday (3/23) so stop in or call today to get your spot! Time for the workouts are 5:15 AM, 6:15 AM and 5:15 PM. We have shower facilities to get you ready and off to work! The course is $350 for 9 weeks (personal training attention at group rates!) Starts Monday and only have a few spots open!!

Lunges are a great exercise for the legs, especially targeting the glutes. In this video, Head Trainer Tasha Armstrong demonstrates a version with the smith machine. For even more glute stimulation, elevate your front leg to get a more intense stretch.
We recommend 3-4 sets of 8-14 reps, for optimal muscle stimulation.
