Aquamassage
Aqauamassage is a therapeutic, relaxing and stress-relieving full body massage available at Nutri-Sport. It works by having 40 high pressure jets pulsate from your toes to your neck. You lie on a cushioned bed and then let the Aquamassage machine do the work. The water is comfortably heated and the pressure can be adjusted to meet your needs and tolerance level. The heated water helps increase blood flow to the muscles and joints, and the high pressure jets help your body releas endorphins from the three different relaxing cycles.
Aquamassages are available in 10, 15 and 20 minute packages. No appointment needed, just pop in over lunch or after a workout. Simply remove only your shoes and experience the benefits of a full body massage!
