Bodysculpting: Small Group Training
Bodysculpting:
In addition to individual, tandem and small group training, we offer Bodysculpting! This is a monthly workout program that meets 4 times per week, incorporating strength and cardio training, with the goal to build muscle and lose the bodyfat while having fun doing it! We use weights, machines, cables, plyometrics, stabilization and core techniques so you get a TON of variety and results. Nutrition and life-long habits will be emphasized additionally. Time slots are 5AM, 6AM, noon and 7PM during the week, Saturdays are 7 or 8 AM. You choose the time slot that works best for you. Workouts last one hour.
This really is the attention of personal training in a smaller group setting as we cap workout groups to 10 people.
