Personal Training
We are extremely excited to offer our training studio to continue helping people reach their full potential! Full Potential Training is equipped with the latest equipment including: functional training, strength equipment, free weights, polymetrics and a complete line of cardio equipment. We also have shower facilities so that you can get your workout in and head to wherever you need to go!
FPT is for anyone looking to get an edge on their training, including: weight-loss, muscle and strength gains or improved speed and agility. It is a perfect compliment to anyone’s current exercise routine, whether it’s going to a large health club to training at home, the precise and private training at FPT will help you reach your goals. In addition to specialized equipment and training methods, we have designed the session options to compliment your training needs:
Single sessions: These are completely one-on-one, where you not only get the certified trainer’s undivided attention, but the entire training studio completely to yourself!
Tandem sessions: As with single sessions, 2 people have the whole studio to themselves, working with the trainer to get the results both individuals want.
Small group sessions: For groups of three or more, these sessions are set up for clients with similar goals (i.e. fat loss, muscle/strength gain, speed/agility) in a format so that all clients workout simultaneously using specifically designed exercise protocol.
At home sessions: If you have equipment at home and would like on-site training, we offer that as well. Great for those who don’t want to travel or if you would like to get a program and trained on how to use your in-home equipment.
FPT Bodysculpting:
In addition to individual, tandem and group training, we have the FPT 9-week Bodysculpting Challenge! This is a 9-week course that meets 4 times per week (MWFS), incorporating strength and cardio training, with the goal to build muscle and lose the bodyfat while having fun doing it! We use weights, machines, cables, plyometrics, stabilization and core techniques so you get a TON of variety and results. Nutrition and life-long habits will be emphasized additionally. Time slots are 5AM, 6AM and noon. Workouts last one hour.
There is no joining fee or monthly membership fees! You just purchase the training sessions you want! Package discounts are available as well.
Personal Training session packages:
3 for $165, 6 for $300, 12 for $540*, 24 for $960*, 36 for $1260*
(*option to break into 2 payments)
Tandem training sessions: $70 total ($35 per person)
Small group sessions: $25 per person (high school athletes $20 each for groups of 3 or more).
Home training: $70 per session (includes travel time and a complete workout)
Bodysculpting 9-week program: $299 (small group training)
